The remaining balance is due the day before the start of your event.
We accept electronic payments for easy and secure booking confirmation.
Party time depends on the package selected:
Small Bear Bash — 60 minutes
Teddy Adventure — 75 minutes
Ultimate Teddy Party — 90 minutes
Our experience is perfect for children ages 3–12, but let’s be honest who doesn’t love a soft stuffed animal. So any age is welcomed to participate.
Nope! We guide the children step-by-step so parents can relax and enjoy the celebration. However parents are free to help kids if extra help is needed.
Yes! Additional guests can be added to any package for $25 per child.
You only pay for participating children. Final guest count is confirmed before the party.
We typically need one table and an open area for the children to comfortably participate.
Please give us at least a 2 week notice to make sure we have enough inventory on hand to successfully create your experience. Less than 2 weeks, a rush fee may be added.
Travel is included within 15 miles of our home location. Locations outside this area may require a small travel fee.
Absolutely, we can prepackage the fiber needed for your bears and include everything needed to bring your best friend to life! Instructions will be included. Shipping fee will be applied to order.
Yes! We just require a shaded or covered backup space in case of weather.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date based on availability.
Yes — we handle cleanup of our activity so you can continue enjoying your celebration.
